Madeline Babcock is this year's Co-editor in Chief. She loves movies, music, reading, and art! She is so excited to be back on Spectator this year :)
Marcy Harper
Co-Editor in Chief
Marcy Harper makes money repairing typewriters. This is her third year in Spectator. She likes to read, play video games, and hang out with my friends in my free time.
Olivia Riel
Head of Art
Olivia Riel is currently a Junior. On Spectator, she is the Art Editor, helping to lead all of our art decisions in the magazine. She loves both art and writing and is looking forward to the 24-25 issue!
Defne Sahin
Head of Interview
Defne Sahin (Grade 10) is the Head of Interview. She has a second black belt degree in Taekwondo Martial Arts and has participated as a cast member on WJ STAGE. She absolutely loves reading, drawing, writing and meeting new people.
Mara Johnson
Head of Art
Mara Johnson is a senior and this is her first year on Spectator. She joins the staff as the Head of Writing. Mara is the secretary for the Creative Writing Club at WJ. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, spending time outside, and playing ultimate frisbee.

Alix Berhang is in her junior year and she is on staff for Spectator magazine. She loves reading novels, writing poems and short stories, and walking with her friends. Last year she read 100 books (thank you GoodReads) and her total Spotify listening time was 150,000 minutes. She hopes you love the magazine!

Amelia Bull is a senior and a staff member on Spectator. She is in AP Photo and the National Art Honors Society. She also dances for Rock Creek Dance Academy. She enjoys reading, writing, and anything artistic. She is very excited to work on Spectator this year.

Riley Birdsong is a senior, and works on the art portion of the magazine. She is the president of the Anthropology Club and in her free time she loves watching and reviewing movies.

Claire Jiang is really excited to be on Spectator this year! She is a sophomore and one of the staff members on Spectator. She loves reading, writing, art and she listens to a lot of music. She also really enjoys cooking and baking.

Ellie Macfarlan is a sophomore, which is pretty cool. She loves playing soccer, creating varieties of art, and crochet-ing. She is always listening to music or watching comedies and reading fantasy/romance. She loves working with spectator because why would she not? It's awesome.

John Murphy is a junior at WJ. He is a staff member for Spectator and this is his first year on the team. He loves to draw and play frisbee in his freetime and has 2 brothers.
